Hi! I’m Robert Herzog.

I’ve climbed to over 22,000 feet. I remember the first great bottle of wine I ever had (a '64 Margaux), and most since. I wrote and directed an award-winning short film.

I’ve been a CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, teacher, river runner, political consultant, actor, writer and filmmaker. And always, an entrepreneur. I've managed over $150 million in financings, for tech, digital and creative companies. I close deals.

I live at this intersection of art and entrepreneurship, of creativity and business. Can't say I planned it that way, but there it is.

I don't intend to be a current events commentator, another echo of RSS. A character in my play 4 Times 50, not 200 refers to Repetitive Stupidity Syndrome (RSS) -- every day enduring the same traffic jam, failure of government and corporation, sitcom joke -- hoping for something different yet not finding a way to achieve it. Though I would like to help transform the world. This website is one way of expressing that hope.

Have you read my book?
